With almost 30 years of personal practice and healing, I’ve turned my own pain into purpose. Yoga helped me reclaim strength after multiple back surgeries and guided me through depression and chronic pain. When I couldn’t move, I found transformation in sound healing and meditation — discovering deep peace beyond the physical.
I’m a certified holistic practitioner, advanced yoga & meditation instructor, sound healer, Reiki master, breath therapist, musician (Kirtan artist), life coach, educator, and Mom. Through yoga, breath, meditation, energy work, vibration, and sometimes even music, I’m here to help you reconnect to your body, your joy, and your soul’s wisdom — just as I did.
In 2017, I started Nicole Anne Yoga & Holistic Wellness, an award winning mobile/virtual yoga and holistic wellness company, serving in hospitals, businesses, schools, hotels, Airbnbs, senior community centers, health/wellness fairs, private homes and Telehealth appointments everywhere. Our Team of over 100 Practitioners offer over 40 holistic services to support wellness.
